Clarence Fox is a lifelong public servant, local business owner, and dedicated leader committed to the future of Timberville.

 

As co-owner of a local Timberville business, Clarence understands firsthand the importance of supporting small businesses, strengthening the local economy, and making responsible decisions that benefit working families.

 

Clarence was first elected to the Timberville Town Council in 2020 and has proudly served the community ever since. During his time on Council, he served as Vice Mayor for five years, helping guide the town through important decisions with a focus on stability, transparency, and long-term planning.

 

He has also played a key role in improving local infrastructure as Chairman of the Public Works Committee for five years, working to ensure Timberville’s streets, utilities, and services remain reliable and well-managed.
 
🚒 A LIFETIME OF SERVICE

Clarence’s commitment to service began long before his time in local government.

 

He served 10 years with the Timberville Volunteer Fire Department, including five years as President, where he helped lead and support the department’s mission to protect the community.

 

He is also a Life Member of the Broadway Emergency Squad, where he served as both Captain and Lieutenant. 

 

Clarence has been actively involved with the Virginia Association of Volunteer Rescue Squads (now the Virginia Association of First Responders). His leadership roles have included District 1 Vice President, State Treasurer, and State Chaplain. He also serves on the EMS Exchange Committee, including time as Chairman.

 

Through every role he has held, Clarence has demonstrated a commitment to leadership, integrity, and results. His experience in public service, emergency response, and local business gives him a well-rounded perspective on the needs of Timberville.
